Interserve is always looking for personnel with professional, personal and spiritual gifts, willing to make long term commitments of between two to three years.
Serving people and establishing relationships is the best way to model the love of Christ, but it takes time. The long term Program is a placement that allows for language and cultural study, as well as time for adjustment and adaptation. All this effort will result in a far deeper personal connection and a more powerful contribution.

Which means, as a Partner, you not only meet the need for someone with your skills, but your presence as a Christian opens doors for God to transform hearts and minds!
There are some urgent
long-term vacancies.
Long term means anything over a year. Usually partners
spend 2-3 years overseas before returning for 4-6 months
Home Assignment. Most partners then return for another
2-3 years. This can be repeated over and over.
Whatever your job God can use it in Britain and he
can use it overseas. Interserve partners are working
in a huge range of jobs including those listed below.
