If you would like to leave a legacy
to enable Interserve to continue this vital work,
just follow these four simple steps:

Choose a good solicitor
to help you write or change your will.

Decide which of the
following three types of legacy you wish to leave
to Interserve, and choose the relevant phrase
for your will:

Residuary
Legacy |
| (Leaving
the remainder of your estate to Interserve after
all other provisions have been made)
”I give, free of inheritance tax and all other
fiscal impositions, all (or a share of) the residue
of my estate absolutely to Interserve Scotland,
12 Elm Avenue, Lenzie, Glasgow, G66 4HJ, Registered
Charity No. SC 005316, for its general purposes,
and I direct that the receipt of the National
Director or other duly authorised officer shall
be sufficient discharge to my executors."

Pecuniary Legacy |
